Tibetan Heart Yoga is an asana practice steeped in Buddhist philosophy.
This is an online class. You will need a yoga mat and space to move.
Please set yourself up so you can comfortably see your screen or hear me from your yoga mat.
There’s no need to have your video on, although if possible, I do appreciate seeing you!
Once you register, you will receive the Zoom link for the class.
